What Is NEOFRAX?
NEOFRAX is a professional fractional bipolar radiofrequency (RF) system for non-ablative skin rejuvenation and aesthetic treatments.
Available in NEOBOX™ and NEOTOWER™ configurations with the vacuum-assisted NEOBELLA™ handpiece, NEOFRAX gives professionals 5 interchangeable module types for tailored face and body protocols.
How Does It Work?
NEOFRAX emits bipolar RF energy at 1.6 MHz through insulated needle modules, generating controlled heat in the targeted tissue to support the skin's own collagen production. RF energy is delivered fractionally, in discrete microthermal zones, with untreated skin in between for a shorter recovery time.
Needle insulation confines RF energy to the exposed tip, allowing treatment to reach depths of up to 4.0mm without dispersing heat to surrounding tissue. The vacuum-assisted NEOBELLA™ handpiece stabilizes skin contact during treatment.

Bipolar FractionalRF Technology
NEOFRAX delivers bipolar radiofrequency (RF) energy at 1.6 MHz through disposable, sterile, insulated 24K gold-coated needle modules.
RF energy is emitted fractionally, in discrete microthermal zones, leaving untreated skin between them for a shorter recovery time. Needle insulation confines RF energy to the exposed tip, allowing controlled heating at the treatment depth while minimizing thermal effects on surrounding tissue.
The system operates in non-ablative mode: it supports the skin's natural collagen production without removing or ablating the outer skin layers.
Five ModuleTypes
NEOFRAX offers 5 types of disposable, sterile, insulated 24K gold-coated modules, each suited to a different treatment depth and area:
- 10-FRAX: needle Ø0.25mm, 1×10 configuration, 4mm needle length, adjustable vacuum support — small areas
- 25-FRAX: needle Ø0.25mm, 5×5 configuration, 4mm needle length, adjustable vacuum support — medium areas

Needle modules (10-FRAX, 25-FRAX, 64-FRAX) include adjustable vacuum support (levels 0–10) on the NEOBELLA™ handpiece, to stabilize skin contact and reduce discomfort.
Professional Protocol &Dermedics® Integration
Pre-care: deep cleanse and exfoliation (CALM EXFOLIATOR for facial protocols, LIPO PEEL™ for body protocols), verification of contraindications, and — for long-needle treatments — topical numbing following manufacturer guidelines.

Home care: broad-spectrum SPF, gentle non-abrasive cleansers (CALM foam, CALM micellar, CALM cleanser from day 5–6), and skincare introduced from day 2 (resurfacing) or day 3–4 (remodeling) post-treatment, tailored with WHITE, CALM, HYDRA, ACNE, LIFT, GEN'X or ECM ranges by DERMEDICS®.
Recommended frequency: facial superficial care every 1–2 weeks; facial rejuvenation every 2–3 weeks; dermal remodeling every 3–4 weeks; total lifting intense protocols every 7–8 weeks; body superficial care every 2–3 weeks; body intense care (stretch marks) every 8–10 weeks.

A test spot is recommended before the first full session. A minimum of 15 minutes between treatments and thorough disinfection between clients are required.
