Pre-Care #3 - Micellar Water

Professional No-Rinse Micellar Water that Replaces Milk and Toner

Two cleansing steps. One no-rinse cleanse.

Pre-Care #3 Micellar Water removes make-up and everyday impurities and leaves the skin clean with no rinsing, taking the place of both Cleansing Milk and Balancing Toner.

Micelles lift make-up away, eye make-up included, while Arnica, Horse Chestnut and Panthenol leave the skin fresh and soft.

Make-up off. Skin fresh. The treatment starts sooner.
