Who is Brytonn BV?

Brytonn BV is the official distributor of Dermedics® in the Benelux and several European countries. We provide training, support, and distribution for professional partners.

Where is your headquarters located?

In Hasselt, Belgium.

How can I collaborate with Dermedics®?

Through an introductory meeting. We'll assess your salon's eligibility for our partner program and then guide you step-by-step through the initial setup.

Can private individuals come by to purchase products?

No. Dermedics® is a professional brand and is sold exclusively through certified salons.

Do you have an online store?

Yes, but only for B2B. Our webshop is exclusively accessible to logged-in salons and partners.

Do I need to have an intake interview?

Yes, that's required. We don't work with every salon.

During the conversation, we will determine whether your salon is eligible for our partner program.

Is a specific diploma required to start with Dermedics®?

No, a diploma is not required.

We strongly recommend that you have at least completed a beautician training course or a facial care module.

Is there a minimum starting order required?

Yes, but we will discuss the exact details during the introductory meeting.

Together we will look at what suits your situation and growth potential.

Does Dermedics® also offer support in marketing and business?

Yes. As a partner, you'll have access to masterclasses on business, marketing, strategy, and mindset, so you'll grow not only in knowledge but also in revenue.

Is basic training compulsory?

Yes. As a Dermedics® Partner, you'll follow a 3-day introductory training course.

We want you to be fully prepared to work professionally and achieve strong results.

The training is free at the start.

Is there exclusivity per region?

We don't work with strict region exclusivity, but we do actively monitor the quality and distribution of our partners.

We do not accept oversaturation within a small radius and always look at:

  • the size of your region
  • the type of salon
  • the distance to existing partners
  • the potential and level of professionalism

Our goal is to give every partner enough space to be successful , without unnecessary competition.

That's why we don't just approve everyone in the same neighborhood — we always make an individual assessment during the introductory meeting.

What support do I receive as a partner?

You'll have access to 1-on-1 WhatsApp support, strategy and growth guidance, quarterly follow-up, marketing materials, our community, and all training courses within the Dermedics® Academy.

Can I start with just equipment?

Yes, that is possible.

You can purchase our equipment separately, without immediately starting the full Partner Program.

Important to know:

Buying just equipment does not automatically give you access to our Dermedics® Partnership, training, masterclasses, community, or strategic guidance.

Would you like to join the Partner Program later?

Then that is possible – and you can perfectly combine your start-up with equipment for fully professional operation.

How quickly can I start?

That depends on your admission and training time.

After approval, we will immediately schedule your start date.

Training courses

Are your courses paid?

No, most courses, training and masterclasses are included for partners.

Exceptions are exclusive specializations, guest speakers and certain events.

Where do the training courses take place?

Our training courses take place in Hasselt (BE), online via the Dermedics® Academy or on location at larger institutes.

How many training days are there?

We offer 9 basic training courses annually, supplemented with several workshops, masterclasses and events throughout the year.

Commandes et expédition

Dans quel délai ma commande sera-t-elle livrée ?

Nous expédions généralement sous 1 à 2 jours ouvrables après réception du paiement. Vous recevrez automatiquement un lien de suivi dès que votre colis sera expédié.

What is the minimum amount per order?

There is no minimum amount once you become a partner.

For orders over €300, shipping is free, so we recommend this amount.

Quels sont les frais de livraison ?

Les frais de livraison sont calculés automatiquement lors du paiement.

  • Moins de 300 € → frais de port en sus.
  • À partir de 300 €livraison gratuite au Benelux.
Dans quel délai ma commande sera-t-elle livrée ?

Oui, c'est possible, mais seulement si votre commande n'a pas encore été traitée. La plupart des commandes sont traitées le jour même. Si vous avez des questions, veuillez nous contacter au plus vite par courriel (support@dermedics.com).

Retours et remboursements

Puis-je retourner les produits ?

Oui, mais uniquement pour les produits non ouverts, dans un délai de 14 jours suivant la livraison. Veuillez nous contacter au préalable par courriel pour signaler le retour.

Puis-je retourner les produits ouverts ?

Non, pour des raisons d'hygiène et de contrôle qualité, les produits ouverts ne peuvent être retournés .

Comment puis-je déclarer un retour ?

Envoyez un courriel à support@dermedics.com en indiquant votre numéro de commande, le motif du retour et les informations relatives au produit. Nous vous enverrons ensuite la procédure de retour.
