The Fraxeen™ Microneedling Device is an advanced, professional microneedling device, developed by Dermedics® as the third generation of the MST™ (Meso Skin Therapy) system. This device is designed for intensive skin-improving treatments where precision, safety, and results are paramount.

Thanks to the combination of adjustable needle depth, multiple speed levels, and specially developed disposable cartridges, Fraxeen™ offers maximum control during every treatment. The device is suitable for microneedling, nano-needling, collagen induction therapy (CIT), and fractional mesotherapy, on the face, body, and scalp.

Disposable needle cartridges

The Fraxeen™ uses individually packaged, sterile, disposable cartridges , designed for single use and maximum hygiene. The cartridges feature:

• Anti-backflow membrane (prevents backflow of fluids)
• Flower-type construction for minimal skin tension
• Stable needle insertion, even at higher speeds

Available cartridges:

• NANO-1 : 81 pins (0.15 mm) – including scalp, neck, décolleté
• NANO-2 : 130 pins (0.15 mm) – face, BB Glow, Glass Skin
• MICRO-12 : 12 pins (3 mm) – intensive treatments for face, body and scalp
